Chris is
a certified Pit Master and BBQ judge. He has also
been competing on the National BBQ circuit for six
years now.
Along
with our catering business, he teaches BBQ cooking
classes. He has taught classes held at Frederick
Community College and The
Kitchen Studio of Frederick Cooking School. He's
also done weekend BBQ seminars at several different Bed –n-
Breakfasts around the area.
He has
even been requested at private parties - what a
great way to entertain your friends! While
learning the basics of barbeque, you will even
pick up a few tricks that the competition BBQ
chefs use! From the beginner to the advanced BBQ
cook, you will be amazed at what you learn from
one of his classes.
Besides leaving on a full stomach, you also get to
take home a booklet full of the latest BBQ
techniques and recipes. You will even receive your
own certificate to proudly display in your home
for everyone to see!
