Full Service (priced per person)
For parties of 30 or more, we provide everything you need to cater your event. All food is served buffet style. We provide buffet tables, table cloths, stainless steel chafing dishes, serving utensils, disposable plates, forks, knives, napkins and our staff.

Almost Full Service (priced per person)
For parties of 20 or more and you do not need servers and buffet service, we will bring the food to you ready to eat. Includes serving utensils, disposable plates, forks, knives & napkins.

How much do I need to feed my group?

  • Pulled Pork or Beef Brisket, 1 pound of meat is enough for 3-4 servings.
  • Ribs, 1 rack is enough for 1-2 adults. We recommend cutting the ribs into two bone portions to give you 6-7 two bone portions.
  • Chicken, 1 whole chicken is cut into four pieces. Two ¼ dark (leg/thigh) pieces and two ¼ white (breast/wing) pieces.
  • Smoked Turkey and Smoked Ham, both are deli sliced and make a great deli style platter.
  • Smoked Sausage, 1 pound of sausage will give you 5-6 links.
  • Sides, 1 pound of sides is enough for 3-4 servings.
  • BBQ Sauce, 8 oz. (4-6 servings) or 16 oz. (8-10 servings)
